Seeking Artists and Vendors for the 2024 Oliver Street Art Festival

Saturday, August 3rd, from 11AM-5PM.

The 2024 Oliver Street Art Festival will feature 65+ artist vendors, food trucks, live music and more!

This one-day event transforms Oliver Street into a bustling hub where art enthusiasts, collectors, artists, musicians, and community members converge to revel in creativity.

Applications for the art festival will remain open until August 1st or until all spots are filled.

Approved participants are required to set up beginning at 8:00 AM on August 3rd. All artists must be ready to open their exhibits by 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, you’ll have access to drive to your designated area for unloading before parking your vehicle in a designated area for the day.

Each artist must provide their own 11x11ft (approximately) tent and all necessary setup equipment. It’s the responsibility of each artist to arrange and secure their artwork within their tent.

The Oliver Street Art Festival is proudly hosted by Project 308 Gallery, a commercial art gallery established in 2012, situated on Oliver Street. Our mission is to nurture emerging artists and spotlight the extensive creative talent of Western New York. As a founding member of the Oliver Street Merchants Association, we have deep community ties, collaborating with local businesses and nonprofits to ensure Oliver Street’s continued vibrancy.

At the Project 308 Gallery, we strive to keep rental fees accessible for creatives. In nine years, we’ve only adjusted our vendor fee once, steadfast in our commitment to never exceed $50 for a festival spot.

Participation in the festival requires a $50 fee, payable via Venmo, check, or cash. Upon approval of your submission, payment is necessary to secure your spot.

*Please note, your participation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment, and refunds will not be issued.

Submissions from Buy-to-Sell vendors not accepted. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your application via email. For questions please email nataliebrown628@gmail.com
