Veterans Appreciation Parade

The Annual Veterans Parade is Saturday, November 4, 2023, beginning promptly at 11 a.m. The Parade route is as follows: Starting at the round about McClelland Circle on Red Jacket and McKinley The route will follow McKinley Parkway.

The Lackawanna city line begins at the roundabout at Dorrance and McKinley Parkway. The route continues to the Golf Course at the Botanical Gardens.

The Ceremony will begin promptly: Our National Anthem By the Buffalo Dolls Presentation to Grand Marshalls Rotonya Moore, Sergeant E-5 United States Army Devon Asmus, Senior Airman in the United States Air Force.

Keynote Speaker: CDR Dan Ciull, Commanding Officer Navy Reserve Center Buffalo, NY

Concerning Weather: In case of a Weather Advisory: There will be NO MARCH. Instead, there will be an assembly at the parade stage (end of Route) at the Botanical Gardens with a brief ceremony at 11 a.m. Can cellations may occur with bad weather, heavy rain, winds, or snow.
