My Endorsements for the November 5, 2024 Election

This Columnist is endorsing the following people for the upcoming Election. Please note that these endorsements do not reflect the viewpoints or opinions of the Criterion Newspaper, or its staff and writers. I am endorsing the following individuals for the offices listed:

Kamala Harris for President of the United States and Tim Waltz for Vice-President. Their positions are for creating a better life for families, improvement in country for all people, working for the rights of all women to control their bodies and make the decisions for themselves. Creating opportunity zones, help with funds to purchase homes for all, and in summary making the Constitution work for all people regardless of race, gender or background. If elected, they will make sure that “We are Not Going Back.” We Must Move Forward. It is time for decency and character in government.

April Baskin for the State Senate. As Majority leader of the Erie County Legislature, she has been visible in our community speaking out on various issues including the Benefits Agreement with the Buffalo Bills for more inclusion on the construction of the Bills Stadium.

Timothy Kennedy for Congressman. Congressman elect Kennedy has proven that he has concern for our city in many ways. He has brought much needed funds to our city to create a better community for everyone. His advocacy for our Veterans is very important especially with the concern now raised for the VA Hospital and its care for our Veterans.

Michael Keane for Erie County District Attorney. Acting District Attorney Michael Keane is always visible in our community and throughout the city of Buffalo. He is not afraid to interact with his constituents and take questions from the community. He has been seen at many of our community events. I have listened to Mr. Keane on a number of radio programs in our community and he is not afraid to answer all questions about the office of the District Attorney. It is important that the office of the District Attorney continues to be diverse with people from all races and backgrounds working for the people. I feel that Mr. Michael Keane will make this happen.

This Columnist would like to encourage everyone to vote in this most important Election. There are only a few weeks left to cast our vote. Contact your friends and family to make sure that they vote. This is an extraordinary time in the history of the United States of America!! Let’s come together as Americans and elect people who will move our country forward!!
