Southtown Have Prepared for the Eventual Development
By Pat Freeman, The Mighty O’Ba
The Southtown have been preparing for its eco nomic expansion involving a regional franchise that has a year-round news cycle. The NFL market share expansion has continued to grow under Roger Goodell. You must study 12 months a year to keep up with a modern NFL franchise. This strategy makes Orchard Park the most economic real estate in this region with the unannounced economic expansion centering around the professional franchise.
Look at some of the hotels within ten miles of the stadium:
Holiday Inn Express – Distance from Highmark Stadium- 4 Miles
Comfort Inn – Distance from Highmark Stadium - 3.98 Miles
Motel 6 – Distance from Highmark Stadium - 3.74 Miles
Red Roof Inn – Distance from Highmark Stadium - 3.91 Miles
Red Carpet – Distance from Highmark Stadium - .39 Miles
Country Inn Suites – Distance from Highmark Stadium- 4.1 Miles
You might draw from the conclusion that ancillary lodging development is in the place with room to expand. This is the only way that one can be a viable candidate for the NFL draft. The next phase will be a full development proposal on the Orchard Park Development project adding 3, 4, 5-star lodging developments that can expand the year round revenue of the South towns.
We must demand that if there are development plans on the table for the South towns that they be inclusive of a diverse development group of participants. Especially knowing that Western New York has been subsidizing development for years with tax subsidies that affect us all. So, these projects must have a fair distribution of development opportunities.
If there is an Orchard Park Plan, let us be fair in opportunity distribution as subs and development.
