The Buffalo Bills, as they approach this year’s training camp, I see them continuing to be in pretty good shape personnel wise despite the departure of their #1 wideout Stephon Diggs plus some changes up front by moving Conor McGovern to the center position and replacing Mitch Morse, who did a pretty good job during his tenure in Buffalo.

The other question mark on the offensive line will be the health of Spencer Brown, who had off-season shoulder surgery, and we will have to keep our eyes on his progress as training camp approaches in the next couple of weeks.

Sedrick Van Pran could be the steal of the draft from Georgia at the center position, and could force the Bills to move Conor McGovern back to left guard next to pro bowler Dion Dawkins.

The beauty of Training camp will work out these dilemmas. La’el Collins was also signed during the off season and if he can stay healthy will be a factor in determining the offensive line makeup. The one thing the Bills do not have to worry about is a good group of talent on the offensive side of the ball. The greatest challenge will be how does the offensive coaching staff best utilize this group as the regular season approaches?

The return of two top tier tight ends in Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox offers the coaching staff a good twelve personnel package that must be utilized along with the emergence of Khalil Shakir as your primary receiving target for Josh Allen. Last week, the person who I believe will be the go-to guy for Josh Allen was multi-talented running back James Cook, who I believe will be used like Hall of Famer Thurman Thomas.
