YMCA TURKEY TROT
General registration for the YMCA Turkey Trot ends this Friday, November 15. Beginning Saturday, November 16, the registration fee will increase to $49 per entry until the race sells out.
The race capacity for the YMCA Turkey Trot is set at 14,000. Online registration is available at YMCATurkeyTrot.org. The entry fee includes all processing fees and a commemorative T-shirt.
Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 27:
Pre-race packet pick-up takes place at the Independent Health YMCA located at 150 Tech Drive in Amherst. Hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm each day. Tuesday, November 26: The YMCA is hosting a VIP Reception at 5:30 pm at the Buffalo Convention Center for sponsors, volunteers, and the members of the YMCA Turkey Quarter Century Club.
The YMCA Turkey Trot begins at 9:00 am on Thanksgiving Day at the Delaware YMCA (2564 Delaware Ave.) and ends at Franklin and Court Streets near the Buffalo Convention Center. At the conclusion of the event, participants are invited to the post-race celebration and awards presentation at the Convention Center. A family-friendly, non-alcoholic post-race area is available on the lower level of the Convention Center.
