Help Shape the Future of Transit With the NFTA’s ABBG Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is calling on riders to take part in the American Bus Benchmarking Group Fixed Route Customer Satisfaction Survey, scheduled to run for four weeks from Monday, April 8th through Sunday, May 5th, 2024.

As the twelfth iteration of the ABBG, this survey plays a pivotal role in shaping the NFTA’s services to better meet the needs and expectations of its riders of both bus and rail. Riders are encouraged to make their voices heard by accessing the survey during the designated four-week period and can be entered to win one of five $25 Tops gift cards or a monthly Metgo pass.

The feedback gathered provides invaluable insights into the areas where the NFTA excels and where improvements are needed. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and comprises 19 questions only taking a few minutes to complete.
