Public Hears From Executive Director Frank Daniel

   On Monday, August 28, 2023, the airwaves of Western New York were treated by hearing from the Executive Director of the Independent Contractors Guild, Frank Daniel. 

   For over 40 years Frank Daniel has composed a list of qualified MWBE certified contractors in Western New York and other parts of the country.   Moving forward, he will play an integral part in construction projects meeting their minority participating prerequisites.
