Community Health & Wellness Event Set for June 5th

You are invited to another great event in your community – The Passport to Health & Wellness Community Event, at the Cold Spring Community Foundation, Inc. Plate of Love Ministry (Soup Kitchen), 234 Glenwood Ave., Buffalo, on Wednesday, June 5th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to earn a Tops Gift Card and Daily Bus Pass by visiting each table while supplies last. Community Partners are: Highmarks BCBS, Roswell Park, Harvest House, HOME, Free hot meal, Diabetes Information, and Blood Pressure checks
