Canisius University will host a panel discussion on the Fourth Estate

The William H. Fitzpatrick Institute of Public Affairs and Leadership at Canisius University will host a panel discussion titled “The Fourth Estate: Free Speech and a Free Press in America Today” on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center, located on Main Street. The event is free and open to the public and will feature a conversation between the following Canisius University alumni who are also distinguished members of Buffalo’s journalism com munity:

Adam Zyglis ‘04, the Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist for The Buffalo News;

Emyle Watkins ‘20, an award-winning multimedia investigative journalist currently with Buffalo-Toronto Public Media; and

Natalie Faas ‘24 is a multi-skilled journalist at WGRZ TV Channel 2 On Your Side in Buffalo.
