The African American Cultural Center is embarking on an exciting new chapter in its storied history, and an October 10th (2023) press conference was the platform for a major announcement, in which they were delighted to introduce the Center’s new Executive Director, Leah Angel Daniel, who brings a wealth of expertise and a profound commitment to the community.

Leah Angel Daniel is a distinguished individual with an impressive background. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate for Executive Leadership as well as a graduate of the Empire State Development East Side Avenues Community-Based Real Estate Training Program. Leah is well-respected for her work as a community leader and advocate.

This announcement marks a significant moment for the African American Cultural Center and the Buffalo community as a whole. Leah’s vision, experience, and passion align perfectly with our mission to promote African and African-American culture, arts, and heritage in Western New York.
