Buffalo AED/CPR in partnership with Buffalo NAN to host Health Safe Awareness Workshop Saturday, February 11, 2025, at Frank E Merriweather Jr Library 4:00 pm.
In honor of Heart Health Month and Black History Month, Buffalo AED CPR Services, in partnership with the National Action Network, is launching a powerful initiative to empower our community.

Join us on February 11th from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Together, we’re working to close the alarming health disparities that disproportionately affect inner-city neighborhoods, especially African Americans. 
What You’ll Learn: 

  • ¨ Heart Health Awareness: Discover vital information about maintaining a healthy heart, reducing risk factors, and understanding how lifestyle choices impact your
    well-being. 

  • ¨ Signs & Symptoms of Heart Attack: Learn how to spot the early warning signs of a heart attack and take action before it’s too late. 

  • ¨ Responding to Sudden Cardiac Arrest: Understand what to do when faced with a cardiac emergency. We’ll teach you life-saving CPR and how to use an AED.
