Stackin The Deck Ain’t New and We Got Somethin’ for Da Stacka!

Where does responsibility begin or end when you are accused of crime until proven guilty? Does it at tach when your complexion is without too much Melanin, but then what is too much? Is it in the minds of those who have been indoctrinated in a white racist, white better and white only culture?
What happens when we have had too much? Do we implode, blow ourselves up in a disintegration that annihilates any feeling or concern?
Have we become numb because nothing ever changes until and unless we are willing to go there, like Malik EL Hajji Shabazz, one of our Black shining Princes, told us...if we are really about obtaining freedom...in this life. Yes, there have been many Black Shining Princes throughout our sojourn here in the bowels of North America. Let us study the words and actions of all of them.
Yes, you get where I am coming from, as they try over and again to lay the distraction game on us, having us look all over the place like here and over there...like in Pales tine...and be righteously angry at what is happening to our Brothers, Sisters and their Children. Yeah, just like it has been happening to us for over four hundred years and more and getting mad at “Joe” for sending his cronies money to accomplish their task of genocide over there while our anger allows the orange fellow to slip and slide into the White House and install himself for life, while we being mad at a cat that we have known since he called our young men: “thugs”, almost thirty years ago and opened the door for his man slimy Bill to initiate the crime bill that ushered in mass incarceration of Black, Brown and Poor Whites and others, male and female, to fill their jails and their cronies pockets, thinking that they ain’t got to worry about us, cause we be busy being mad...at somebody or at each other while they set ting the script for the centuries to come in front of all of us.
So, my beautiful, intelligent people, it is time to let everyone know that we can hold more than one thing in our heads at one time. We can be angered by the mis behavior of our President and call him out on it, while we don’t be distracted and let no little dictator slide into the White House they not only did not build as we built here in America, but let them copy from The Original White House of Ancient Kemet.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, while we are taking care of all of that, we also got on our mind what is happening at Our Holding Center here in Erie County. For example, we are told that this Sherrif keeps tell ing actual reporters that people ain’t dying under his watch, like the young man that Channel 4 News re ported the other night. And this writer was approached out in the community and asked why is our community not being advised of these deaths that have happened over the last two months at the Holding Center? Don’t we have a Corrections Specialist Advisory Board whose job it is among other things to stay on top of what is happening at the jail?
Yes, we do have such a Board, but it is being stacked as we write with an even worst conflict of interest than was the case of the Peaceprints fiasco. Making it as dysfunctional as that one became over time while we were not paying attention.
I know that decks only get stacked when the stacker is is assigning someone to the Board that is the Sherriff’s department Chaplain and asking us to believe that there is no conflict of interest there?
What do you think, my people? Do you think the Chaplain of the Sherriff’s department is going to report the wrongdoing of the Sherriff that we have been pointing out almost since he got into office?
I ask you, as well as myself, can we in deed hold all this chaos in our heads at one time and deal with it all the way our ancestors did, to demand righteous resolution? I believe that we can! We can say No New Jail and fight to change the culture of racism and brutality that has been the norm in our city for way too long. This is our City, is it not? I say: Power belongs in the hands and voices of The People, the real voting People!
Thank you for paying attention my Be loved People. We are doing and we gonna do better, cause we be better than we think we are and certainly better than they think we are.
Peace, your brother, BaBa Omowale Eng
