Inspired by her travels to Cordova, Argentina where she witnessed the incredible farm-to-table practices, Chef Chelsea decided to introduce this concept to her hometown.

With the aim of expanding and bringing healthier options to her community, she embarked on her culinary journey. She initially started her business out of her home, taking the necessary steps to establish a legitimate and registered business. This included obtaining the required licenses and submitting applications, such as registering with New York State and setting up a business account.
