Mayor Brown Announces 2024 Spring Bulk Trash Collection Schedule

Mayor Byron Brown

Mayor Byron W. Brown and the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, Parks & Streets have announced that another new season of Spring Bulk Trash Collection will begin during the week of Sunday, April 7th in the Ellicott District.

“We’re pleased to announce a new year of bulk trash collection in Buffalo, which kicks off in early April in the Ellicott District. I ask City residents to follow the guidelines on the amount and type of items that can be put out for collection,” said Mayor Brown. “I also ask residents to get their bulk trash to the curb on the Sunday of their designated collection week as pick-ups will take place Monday through Saturday, not just on their scheduled garbage day.”

Residents are asked to follow the posted parking regulations in their neighborhood to make sure trash collection equipment has access to the curbside piles. The 2024 Spring Bulk Trash Collection Schedule is as follows.
