Employee of the Month At Peregrine Senior Living

Activity Assistant Michele “Micky” Williams of Buffalo, was named employee of the month for October at Peregrine Senior Living at Cheektowaga.

She was named because of Micky’s outstanding performance, service, hard work, and dedication, according to Rebecca Golden, Activity Director.

Peregrine’s Chaplain, Mary Ann, knows Micky as a dedicated, hard working activity leader. She is always looking for ways to energize residents in interesting and fulfilling activities.

Activity Director Rebecca Golden said that Michele has been an activity assistant at Peregrine Cheektowaga since September of 2021. “Residents are happy when she is in the building and look forward to when she is performing the activities.

“She knows how to have fun and make the community lively. Michele is very dedicated to her work, and it really shows every day. She is a great asset to our community,” Golden added.

“Micky” is active in her church, White Rock Missionary Baptist Church, located at 480 E. Utica St.; its youth department and choir, as well as giving information to the community.

Micky said she enjoys plays, movies, concerts, poetry readings, and dance recitals.

“My motto is: “Let the work that I’ve done speak for me.”
