5th Annual Sadie Strong CommunityHealth and Wellness Expo Set

On Saturday, September 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Northland Workforce Training Center Sadie Strong will host the 5th Annual Sadie Strong Community Health and Wellness Expo. This free community event will include mammograms, health screenings, flu shots, HIV testing, workshops, hands only CPR training and health and wellness advocacy resources and vendors.

The Expo will include the following workshops: Dash Meal Prep and Heathy Eating (10:45am) with Chelsea from Dash Catering, “Ask the Doctor” panel (12pm) with Dr. J’Leise Sosa, Dr. Timothy McDaniel, Dr. Breeann Wilson, Dr. Monica Wideman and facilitated by Dr. Ramona Reynolds, CPR training (11am, 12pm, 1pm) and a Zumba fitness class (1:30pm) with Karen from Queen City Fitness.
