Calvary to Host Genealogical Workshop

The Buffalo Genealogical Society of the African Diaspora (BGSAD) will conduct the Annual James A. Huff Memorial Workshop on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The event is free and open to the public.

The host location will be Calvary Baptist Church Chapel at 1184 Genesee St., Buffalo, NY 14211 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. BGSAD Members will share their research methods for tracing enslaved and free ancestors. Storyboards and books will demonstrate how to creatively share your work with family members.
