Buffalo Bills Release 2023 Community Benefits Annual Report

The Buffalo Bills contributed more than $3.6 million to support the social, educational, and economic health of Buffalo and Western New York as a part of the Community Benefits Agreement ("CBA") among the Bills, Erie County, and the Erie County Stadium Corporation. The CBA seeks to ensure participation by all segments of the local community in the economic opportunities available in connection with the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the New Highmark Stadium, currently under construction and scheduled to open its doors to fans for the 2026 NFL season.

Under the CBA, the Buffalo Bills have firmly committed to the community. The Bills will make an annual Community Investment of approximately $3 million to support the social, educational, and economic health of Buffalo and Western New York. The 30-plus-year commitment will exceed more than $110 million in furthering these efforts.

In 2023, the Bills' Community Investment totaled $3,682,553, which included $1,760,934 for Community and Civic Programs, $1,454,631 for Economic Development, and $466,988 for Youth and Education. The CBA's objectives include, among other things, fostering workforce inclusion and diversity, addressing Prevailing Wage and Living Wage requirements,  enhancing supplier diversity and providing County business-priority for supplier and vendor contracts, supporting affordable housing, food insecurity, educational access, social justice, and mental health initiatives in Erie County, providing for commitments to local civic and other organizations, and furthering the Bills' cooperation in the economic development of the county and its commitment to support youth and community programs in Erie County.

The Bills wish to thank everyone who continues to meet the needs of those who live in Western New York.
