The Buffalo History Museum Presents Final Party on the Portico of the Summer

Buffalo, N.Y. – For the last time this summer, The Buffalo History Museum’s Party on the Portico concert series will be held Friday, Aug. 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., as part of M&T Third Friday.

With rain forecast, Party on the Portico will be moved inside the Museum.

Miller and the Other Sinners with Michael DeLano will perform on the stage of the recently renovated auditorium which is now air-conditioned.

Party on the Portico has been a staple summer celebration on the Museum’s iconic portico overlooking Delaware Park and Mirror Lake for more than a decade. Party guests can also explore the museum’s exhibits and enjoy a cash bar and complimentary snacks in the State Court of the Museum’s first floor. This year’s line-up is supported by Music is Art.

Party on the Portico is a 21 and over event and runs rain or shine. Tickets are $15 for the public, ($10 for members) and can be purchased online at this link. Ticket prices increase by $5 the day of the event. Party on the Portico is sponsored by M&T Bank as part of M&T Third Fridays, Community Beer Works, Thin Man Brewery, and Wegmans.
