HOME and Johnnie B. Wiley Sports Pavilion to Host Community Health Fair

Housing Opportunities Made Equal, Inc. (HOME) in partnership with the Johnnie B. Wiley Sports Pavilion invites friends and neighbors of Western New York to its Community Health Fair on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the Johnnie B. Wiley Sports Pavilion located at 1100 Jefferson Ave, Buffalo, NY 14208.

The event will host the following agencies with on site information avail-able to the community: Highmark, Community Access Ser vices of WNY, Evergreen Health, Neigh-borhood Legal Services, Buffalo Prenatal-Perinatal Net work, Natural Beauty Cuties, the Kidney Foundation, Univera Healthcare, the Pride Center and many more!
