This photo was taken Thanksgiving Day 2023, at the Durham Memorial AMEZ Community Center, 200 Eagle St. The Durham Memorial Kitchen Community hosted Thanksgiving Day Take-out Turkey Dinners for needy community residents. The complete dinner featured turkey with all the trimmings and dessert.

Former Pastor of Durham Memorial, Rev. George Woodruff, who now Pastors Columbus Avenue AMEZ Church in Boston, was on hand and assisted in the project. Queen McHee is Kitchen Chair. The Rev. Michael Bell is Pastor of Durham Memorial. The photo shows Grace Harris, Pastor George Woodruff, Gwen Carter, Yvette Hunter, and Minister Melvin Roland.
