This scene was taken on January 19 th at Kleinhans Musicians Hall. The occasion was the annual Rev. Dr. M.L. King, Jr., celebration hosted by the Concerned Citizens, following the Dream, Sister Bessie Patterson was chair lady, ARMP Chief Clifford Bell was the Keynote speaker.
