First Shiloh Baptist Church to Host the Purposeful Women of Faith Awards Breakfast on September 28
BUFFALO, NY – First Shiloh Baptist Church is pleased to announce its Purposeful Women of Faith Awards Breakfast on Saturday, September 28 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Aqua Restaurant & Events, 2192 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY.
In 2018, The Women’s Fellowship Ministry at First Shiloh Baptist Church established the “Purposeful Women of Faith” (PWOF) Awards, and since that time has recognized and celebrated 60 women for their achievements across denominations who are making an impact in Western New York.
“Women play major roles within faith communities, and we are excited to have an opportunity to celebrate the clergy, administrators, ministry leaders within the community,” said Lady Tanya Staples, First Shiloh Baptist Church. “Women are active in the wider community, running businesses, ministries, and charities, as well as supporting, helping and inspiring others whether at work, faith communities or in the home.”
Tickets for the awards breakfast are $40.00 and will available until August 23, 2024. Payment may be sent to the attention of PWOF at First Shiloh Baptist Church, 15 Pine Street, Buffalo, NY 14204.
