Gov. Andrew Cuomo for President 2024
After watching last week’s Presidential debate, I made my mind up. I’m not voting for neither of those clowns under any circumstance.
It’s now crystal clear to the world – Biden drifted into senility right before our eyes . There were times during the debate I thought he was about to fall to sleep on camera. I felt embarrassed for him and the office. It’s obvious to rational people that he cannot function for four more years.
He must go if the Democrats have any hope of defeating Trump in November.
So, now what? Will Biden have a moment of clarity and give up the ghost so someone else can carry the Democratic Party torch in November?
But it’s too late, you say. A quick civics lesson. There is such a thing in party politics that is called an “open convention” that hasn’t been seen at a National Party Convention in decades. An Open Convention is where attending delegates are not committed to any candidate and can vote for nominees from the floor. If Biden withdrawal his candidacy, all his NY delegates, (that you voted for last month) would be free to vote on any nominated candidates. The Chicago convention next month has the potential of being one of the most significate political events of our generation.
Some have called me crazy, but I have been campaigning for former Governor Andrew Cuomo for President since the early pandemic days where the world witnessed his magnificent performance of leadership during a time of uncertainty and fear that none of us ever experienced before. Governor Cuomo epitomized leadership in a crisis and I believe he’s as worthy as any to be President. Sure, he made missteps in some of his decisions during the pandemic, but that’s the nature of leadership. And I considered it an absolute disgrace how he was unjustly “me-too’d” for being a heterosexual man, and I don’t care what anyone says.
I recently read a news article that speculated on protentional candidates if Biden drops out. At the top of the list is Vice President Kamala Harris, which leaves the Democrats in the exact same position they are now. People don’t like Kamala Harris, and white people are not going to vote for a Black woman over a Donald Trump to be the commander and chief.
Other names mentioned were California Governor Gavin Newsom, Sweet Pete Buttigieg, Senator Amy Klobuchar…. really?
Trump would punk off and eat alive all those obscure wanna-bees. Cuomo will not be bullied or intimidated by Trump’s BS.
Cuomo is the best and only chance of defeating Trump in November. I know at this writing this sounds like crazy talk, but I must remind my readers I predicted Donald Trump’s victory over Hillary in 2016.
