What Is An Existential Threat?

Do you have to have been a victim of some horrendous act, like a car jacking or a rape to know what it means to be faced with an existential threat, where your very next breath could be your last, or do you merely have to read the up front and beneath the lines of the Donald Trump empire saying you won’t have to worry about the vote if he gets elected.

Or maybe you have heard about Donald Trump going around the country pressuring and paying off electors in order to get them to slow down the vote counting to the point where he can easily slip in a steal it again. That is the way he did the last time while Russia was doing everything, they could on online and otherwise to make sure he got in the house that, by the way, Black folks designed and built unbeknownst to him anyway.

Now, with all of that up front, the question becomes: what makes someone ignore the threat and fall for the lies. I say that is an internal question, you have to ask yourself on Monday night, September 30th, we at Prisoners Are People Too, Inc. were set to talk about all of these realities that now confront us, not just in America, but throughout the world, as so called strong men” align themselves in their effort to take full control of the entire planet.

Yes, my people that is what this current existential threat boils down to. The existence of the entire world as we know it, is at stake! Yeah, this world, this country we live in, with all its faults and blemishes; all realities as we know them, is at stake in this coming election in America. That is because this is where the idea of democracy got started and got expanded.

With the people who enslaved us being challenged and defeated in a civil war that continued into the civil rights movement then that having been started and stopped to bring us to this current crisis where everything that we, as a collective humanity have worked and fought for is actually on the line.

Yes, actually, on the line, because though we defeated the racist/fascist Hatemongers in the civil war and in the streets of America, we didn’t annihilate them or their sick ideology that went underground and simmered like a sore to come to the surface again in an orange face full of fear and hatred and rage.

My people, when we say that our fight is not merely a battle of intellect and physical/material prowess, but one of spiritual forces that have aligned like the diseases they are, to attack like a virus that won’t go away unless all of us, all of humanity come together to fight back and shut him and all his allies out of our systems forever, because I don’t want to live in a system that brags about killing women and children by breaking the sound barrier as an exclamation point on their bombings and I don’t think you do either!
